building company located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Our company services and refits yachts from forty to one
hundred and fifty feet in length, built of all materials.
Ocean Alloys has some of the finest boat builders in the world working in all materials. Our company can build new or refit your yacht from the keel up, or fabricate an extension in fiberglass, steel, or aluminum. Our company offers design and engineering services to build almost anything for your yacht. We have two facilities in South Florida to serve the yachting community. We have a staff of designers, welders, machinists, mechanics, hydraulic technicians, pipe fitters, exhaust specialists, fiberglass fabricators, propulsion specialists, and marine electricians to serve you. Ocean Alloys has a full service shipyard and also has a fleet of service trucks, mobile machine shops, and mobile fabrication and welding capability. Our company has the most advanced machinery/welding equipment available, and fabricator/welders with years of boat building, refitting, and repairing experience to operate this equipment. |
If you are considering an extension for your yacht, Ocean
Alloys fabricators have the experience of building over
twenty-five aluminum and steel vessel extensions. We can template
your hull and build your extension while you continue to use
your boat and then install the extension at a later time if
this suits your schedule. We have the resources, knowledge
and skills to build you a new boat, if your need is a very
custom yacht or commercial vessel. |
Repairing and refitting yachts requires specialized skills. The employees in our company have a minimum of 12 years of experience in their trades and many of our employees have over 25 years of experience building and repairing yachts. Ocean Alloys has this knowledge from collectively building and supervising the construction of nearly 125 boats, and from repairing many times that number. We know how boats are constructed (good and bad) and where they fail. With this knowledge, we are able to determine the proper action to take in their refit and repair. Ocean Alloys employees are skilled professionals and communicate well. Our employees are polite, courteous, neat and clean. Your vessel will be covered, protected and respected while in our care.
